RepseShield

Check your provider list against REPSE

Paste your list of providers, one company per line, by name or RFC (Mexican tax ID). We check each one live against the STPS public registry and email you a traffic-light result: green for current, amber for expiring soon, red for no current registration. Free, no account.

By submitting you agree to receive the email with your results. Nothing else: no account, no card.

How it works

Each line is checked live against the STPS public registry (repse.stps.gob.mx). RepseShield keeps no copy of its own. The email tells you, for each provider, whether its REPSE registration is current and until when. The duty to check comes from article 27, section V of Mexico's Income Tax Law (LISR) and applies at each payment; paying a provider without registration makes the expense non-deductible (CFF art. 15-D) and exposes your company to fines (LFT art. 1004-C).

Just one provider? The single-provider check answers on screen, right away.

The REPSE file, current all year

RepseShield tracks every vendor's registration, the ICSOE and SISUB deadlines and the deduction file for each vendor relationship, and warns before anything expires.
